    Social media has to be the biggest misunderstood medium in the world. It’s sheer size says it is important.
    What I love about it is that is underlines the very essence of business - relationships. If technology is blamed for putting an end to social intereaction, social media may at least emphasize the importance of relationships. And if people buy from people they like, you had better be smart with the social media you use!
